Despite having no subs, Metrostars simply converted whatever chance they could get on the counter against a dominant Pandan team in orange with a full compliment of team members.
2. Metrostars 0 - 1 HMF
After striking a deal with PFA for the emergency keeper loan signing of #111 Yazid, he made some impressive saves but only conceding in the last minute to a good move by the opposition in a reversal of fortune for the Metrostars who saw Mohamad and Sepol hit the woodwork amongst many other chances.
3. Metrostars 1 - 0 PFA 'B'
(Mohamad)
In an odd twist of fate, Syarul spotted Yasir who had just arrived in the previous game, without knowing a matchday was taking place. His subsequent introduction paved the way to the sole victory of the night when he squared Mohamad for the solitary goal of the game.
4. Metrostars 1 - 3 PFA 'A'
(Sepol)
By now the team were dragging their feet in exhaustion as the lack of subs took its toll. Conceding two quickfire goals, Sepol let off his frustration by waltzing through everyone and finishing a solo effort past the recalled Yazid, but it proved to be the only spark for the final match.

Game 1: Metrostars 7 - 2 Perdana (Isz 2, Sepol 4, Deddy)
[Assists:Sepol 2, Deddy 2, Isz]Isz and Deddy made their comebacks in style, linking up with Sepol as if they were never gone at all. Sepol managed to rack up 4 goals against the home side who were caught unawares by the returning #7 who has not lost his pace and playmaking instincts.
Game 2: Metrostars 1 - 2 Belait Kembayau (Sepol)
[Assist: Deddy]Wafi came onto the scene and overcooked the ball as usual, unfavorable as there were less playing time given. This would prove costly as the Metros fall to a late goal.
Game 3: Metrostars 1 - 3 JKR (Gigz)
With Isz and Wafi retiring for the night early, Metrostars were stripped to their bare bones against a well-rested opposition. Gigz provided the consolation to leave the last result of the season respectable.Squad: Khalid, Isz, Deddy, Alai, Sepol, Gigz, Yasmi, Wafi

It has been announced that the Pegastar Futsal Challenge has been cancelled so the Metrostars will not travel to Tutong to compete today. However, November will still see a chance to bring some silverware to Mumong with the Metrostars set to enter the B.O.W. futsal tournament.
More details to follow.
The quest for silverware this season truly begins next Sunday when the Metrostars will be in Tutong for the Pega Star Futsal Challenge.

The Metrostars entered the tournament as clear underdogs, playing in their first competition for 6 years. They only managed a solitary point, their finishing deserting them though they created many great chances. But they played good football with great heart and of course, more importantly.. looked good doing it.
vs Anns United (0-3)
The Metrostars continued their habit of slow starts, conceding two quick goals and a third in the second half. They only managed one shot in the whole game, Yasir's free kick forcing a save from the keeper.
vs Dragon Team A (0-1)
The Metrostars responded positively and began this game with a frenzy of attacks, Boi and Mohammad linking up superbly to force save after save. It was a sign of things to come when top-scorer Hadi blazed over the bar from 2 yards out with the keeper stranded. The team continued to press after conceeding an unlucky goal but it was clear they lacked a cutting edge up front.
vs Vizard (0-1)
An even game where Zamri Z had the best chance, his shot cleared off the line by the trailing foot of the goalkeeper. The Metrostars were beaten by a great goal blasted in from the left wing.
vs Sparx (0-0)
The Metrostars gave everything in this game, but chance after chance was wasted. The opposition was limited to a single shot which Khalid tipped over the bar. It was clear that luck had deserted them as this was a game they should have won but had to settle for a point.
vs V5 FC Y (0-2)
Playing against the team that would top the group, the Metrostars played knowing they had nothing to lose. They went 1-0 down early on and pushed forward for an equaliser but a second goal late on ended any hopes of a comeback.

The Metrostars will be playing on the 15th of February. Each group will have 6 teams. The top two teams will advance to the play-offs which will take place on the 22nd.
