Despite having recently been named one of the world's richest clubs, the current financial crisis has seen the Metrostars sink heavily into debt. However, club owner Mr. Burns has stated that the club are still in the market for more new signings.
"We have a good squad of 18 but ideally, we'd like 2 or 3 more."
When asked if the financial crisis would affect his plans for new additions, Mr. Burns said "No, we don't pay them anything anyway."
