Manchester City's recent striker problems caused manager Mark Hughes a major selection headache recently with both Tevez and Santa Cruz injured and Adebayor banned following a riot-inciting celebration against Arsenal.
Reports from the UK suggest Dubai-owned City could be splashing even more cash by luring Sepol and Harmoney to the 'Middle' Eastlands.
The Metrostars would be devastated to lose their two latest signings, who played instrumental roles in their superb run at the end of last season, contributing a combined 23 goals in a relatively short time.
In other news, Lee Yuan Soon has critisised Eduardo's dive against Celtic which nearly earned the striker an European ban. Soon claims that his own dives are far more convincing.

Andy Gray looks forward to 2009/10
The Premier League will introduce the home-grown player rule at the start of the 2010/11 campaign. This means from next season, clubs must include at least 8 home-grown players in their squad.
The Metrostars can already boast 8 players in the first team squad who have come up through the club's youth system, all of whom joined the Metrostars' legendary SM Mumong Academy in 1998.
Despite this fact, the Mumong club's application for entry into the Premier League has been denied.
Haz's superb juggling skills and scissors kick against the Wizards of Oz just edged out Harmoney's screamer, earning 36% of the player's votes.
With this, Haz wins the Andy Gray Goal of the Season award. As Andy would say "Taaaake a bow son.. Taaake a bow..."
Update: Yasmi "Nampaknya ada urg nda puas hati."
Metrostars captain Naz was spotted at the recent World Cup qualifier between Argentina and Paraguay where a disappointing Argentina suffered a fourth defeat in their past five qualifiers. Naz later denied rumours that he is interested in the Argentina job, instead insisting he was only there as a fan.
"Its too bad Maradona won't come to Mumong," Naz said "he would probably be the best player we've got!"
Andy Gray runs through his nominations for the Goal of the Season:
"Tiiiime and tiiiime again this season we've seen some AB-SO-LUTE-LY STUNNING goals... here's some of the best!"

In a move called 'shocking' by captain John Terry, Roman Abrahmovic's Chelsea have been banned by FIFA from making signings until 2011. This was after the club was found guilty of inducing French teenager Gael Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens in 2007.
The Metrostars may escape similar punishment after they were accused of 'tapping-up' Auni from PFA in 2008. An anonymous complaint was reportedly raised to FIFA recently but President Sepp Blatter has assured fans no disciplinary action will be taken against the Mumong club. When asked why not, he replied "no one really cares".
