Goals: Hadi (3), Nas (2), Soon, Muhd M, Azim
Assists: Hadi, Nas (2), Mohammad (2), Azim
A counter attacking style paid dividends for the Metrostars early on with Hadi and Nas combining well to give the Metrostars a commanding lead, contributing 5 goals between them. Super striker Soon got in on the act with a sweet finish with his left foot. Muhd M and Azim rounded off the scoring but a last minute goal denied the Metrostars the three points. Zamri L did a commendable job in the absence of Khalid.

MSFC 6 - 10 Perdana

Goals: Sepol (5), Azim
Assists: Nas (2), Mohammad

Sepol was on a one man mission, scoring 5 goals in trademark style and Azim got on the scoresheet as well but it was not enough in the end with the Metrostars paying for conceeding some soft goals.

MSFC 9 - 8 Perdana

Goals: Hadi (3), Nas (3), Mohammad (3)
Assists: Mohammad, Nas (2), Soon, Azim (2)

An amazing comeback from five nil down was completed in the final minute. Captain Nas robbed the defender with his persistence and smashed the ball past the keeper to seal an amazing win.

Sepol scoring his second of 6 as loaned out Muhammad M looks on

Game 1

Metrostars 4 - 5 MWL (Wafi 2, Mohamad, Khalid)

Playing in the much smaller venue of 11Deg Sports Cafe on the night, both teams were unaccustomed to the new pitch but the sheer compactness of it ensures that they would duke it out from end to end with leads going back and forth. On the first game Wafi and Mohamad combined well up front to give a 3-1 lead but MWL blitzed back to make it 3-5 and a late goal by Khalid with the help of Syarul was not enough for the Metros to draw level.

 Game 2

Metrostars 3 - 3 MWL (Wafi, Khalid, Mohamad)

For the first 12 minutes the two sides failed to create chances as the game turned into a war of attrition. Wafi broke the deadlock but was replied by MWL's young winger to make it 1-1. Another long throw tactic by Khalid once again paid dividends and Mohamad duly gave Metrostars a two-goal cushion. However, in the dying minutes, chasing a fourth goal they were caught by a superb counterattack and the game finished 3-3.

 Game 3

Metrostars 10 - 8 MWL (Sepol 6, Amin A. 2, Mohamad 2)

There was controversy when Zamri L scored direct from kick-off but was deemed a false start by the imaginary ref, and confusion in the Metros half after a proper one resulted in an own-goal. Feeling the injustice, they crumbled to let in 5 further unanswered goals... but then the savior Sepol arrived and went in like a man on a mission, immediately scoring five on the trot! The equalizer came after a wonderful combination by Syarul and Mohamad. But against his parent club, talisman Muhammad M was always a threat and he also combined well with brother Muhaimin to put MWL's noses back in front. The impressive Amin A then scored two quick-fire goals to make it 8-7. He then duly supplied to Mohamad who finished from a tight angle and Metrostars' ninth. MWL scored yet again to send the game into a breathtaking climax and would have equalised if not for some impressive keeping from Khalid and wayward finishing. In the end, as expected, Sepol had the last laugh, ramming in the 10th goal just before the final whistle.

Sepol was unbelievable but only made it to the 3rd game, thus the award goes to Mohamad who was back to his old self again banging in the goals effortlessly.
