Beckham snubs Metrostars for Milan

David Beckham has decided to go on-loan to AC Milan in the January transfer window, turning down the chance to join the Metrosexual Superstars.

With the LA Galaxy's MLS season coming to a close having not made the play-offs, Beckham had been exploring several options of securing regular football in a bid to keep fit in order to stay in the England frame.

"They've got Kaka, Ronaldinho, Seedorf and also a player with one of the best records in football, in Maldini" Becks said "and the Metrostars have... umm..".
