With their usual captain, Isz, currently on-loan in Brisbane, the Metrostars announced today that the Captain's armband has been passed to frequent Fan's Player of the Year, Nasrul.
Naz has had a long history with the club, having graduated from a youth player in the Metrostars Academy to becoming an established member of the first team. When asked whether he was honoured to be given the chance to lead his boyhood club out onto the pitch, he replied with a tearful "Manasaja".
