Metrostars not keen on Roy

Sacked former Sunderland manager and Man United legend Roy Keane will not be taking the Metrostars hot seat.

A club spokesman confirmed that no such deal has been agreed but did add that even if the Irishman were interested, the Mumong club would not be willing to start negotiations.

There has been bad blood between the club and the former Man United captain ever since an incident in 1999 when Keane was accused of intentionally injuring Metrostar Deddy (photo), a fact Keane confirmed in his autobiography.
