The final match of the season saw a great turnout at the Mumong and despite falling to a last minute goal in the first game, the Metrostars ended the night on a high, dominating the final two games. Wafi was particularly tricky on the night, stealing a goal from Sepol and grabbing two more. Azim also always seemed to be in the right place at the right time, denied time and time again by the keeper before he finally got on the scoresheet. The returning Isz grabbed a goal, as did Deddy who scored a contender for goal of the season when he beat three defenders along the byline before stroking home from an impossible angle. The Man of the Match award goes to Khalid who made several stunning saves and even grabbed a goal after some quick thinking. See you next season!
